Prior to starting work I suggest a no-obligation introductory meeting so that you can explain what you need, and so you are comfortable I can provide what you are needing. I listen to what you want to achieve and understand your ambitions. I build an understanding of your business and create added-value solutions to help you achieve your strategic goals.

Following our meeting we will discuss your needs. I will then explain what I offer and the investment required for each level of service. Menu options are available. Once we have agreed the terms and conditions of the piece of work, I can start working for you and develop from service provider to your trusted advisor.

The clients I seek are businesses experiencing pain with profit, cash or reporting systems and who wish a flexible resource solution to help them move forward. I am also able to work in partnership with existing professional service partners; e.g. book-keepers, payroll providers and year-end accountants/auditors.

Types of support I offer are; a cashflow and profit diagnostic service, financial modelling for business growth, and high impact management information reports and systems. I offer a range of services with a variety of options to match individual needs.

I can investigate lost margin or poor cash flow and I can simplify your management accounting reports.
